Try our Creole crab curry!

Ingredients:
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Brown Onion – Diced
- 1KG Roma Tomatoes
- 5 Garlic Cloves – Crushed
- 8 Curry Leaves
- 1 Long Green Chilli
- 1 Fresh Ginger
- 3 Tbsp Mayil Curry Powder
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbspn Carraway Seeds
- 6 Whole Blue Swimmer Crab
- 1/4 Cup Cooking Oil

Ingredients:
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Brown Onion – Diced
- 1KG Roma Tomatoes
- 5 Garlic Cloves – Crushed
- 8 Curry Leaves
- 1 Long Green Chilli
- 1 Fresh Ginger
- 3 Tbsp Mayil Curry Powder
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbspn Carraway Seeds
- 6 Whole Blue Swimmer Crab
- 1/4 Cup Cooking Oil
🦀 TO PREP THE CRAB:
- Add some oil and carefully place your cleaned crabs into the pot. Continuously stir fry it on high flames.
- Once the crabs have golden-brown edges, remove them from the wok.
🍅 TO PREP THE TOMATOES:
- Plunge your tomatoes into the boiling water for 30 seconds then transfer them into a bowl of ice water.
- Peel the tomatoes skin and dice them nicely.
🍛 TO MAKE THE CURRY:
- Using the same pot and oil on medium heat, add 8 curry leaves, a spoon of caraway seeds, 1 diced onion, a pinch of salt and a bit of water
- Brown your onion before adding 5 crushed garlic cloves (keep stirring and cooking for a few minutes), add 3 tablespoons of Mayil Curry Powder, the diced up tomatoes with a slice of ginger and cut open chilli.
- Simmer it for about 10 minutes, then finally add the crab into the pot and turn the heat up to medium-high.
